Over 80 proofer/heated transport cabinets are available in several lots. Brands include Vulcan, Wittco, CresCor, Metro, and Carter-Hoffmann. Also, there are over a dozen milk coolers from True and BeverageAir plus a Maxx Cold reach-in refrigerator. There are a few double-stack ovens available from Groen & Montague, and a Dutchess 12″ dough divider.

Vehicles include several Ford Fusion plug-in hybrids, a Ford passenger van, a pair of former police Crown Victorias, a few golf carts and several CNG school buses.

Grounds equipment includes a Vermeer brush chipper, a Kubota tractor, several Toro Reelmaster 7-reel mowers with extra parts. There’s also a Ryan Renovaire tow-behind aerator with coring tines, a pneumatic grease pump and a parts washer.

Miscellaneous items include several pottery kilns, stage platforms and risers, PA audio, a Crown electric pallet jack, and a Life Fitness triceps extension machine.

Life Fitness and Hammer Strength equipment includes ellipticals, stationary and recumbent bicycles, leg press, leg extension, leg curl, biceps curl, abdominal crunch, assisted dip/chin, standing leg raise, back hyperextension, along with a free weight bumper plate storage rack and a few wrestling mats. For classic equipment enthusiasts, there’s also a vintage Schwinn Air-Dyne ergometric exerciser.

Pottery kilns include various sizes of 1-phase and 3-phase kilns from Skutt, Cress, L&L along with two Cone Art ovals.

PA audio includes a Soundcraft 32-channel mixing console. Also two mobile rack cases with Phonic or Maxie mixers and Denon or Tascam players with Shure mic systems, each paired with Yamaha or FBT loudspeakers. Other technology includes several HP LaserJet Pro network printers.

Commercial kitchen items include a Montague double-stack natural gas oven, a True mobile milk cooler and two Cres Cor mobile heated cabinets.

Shop equipment includes a Rotary 4-post mobile heavy duty vehicle lift, a Skat Blast dry blast cabinet, an Alemite portable pneumatic grease pump, and a Miller Trailblazer 280 welding generator.
