We kick off the new year with good deals for the mechanically inclined folks who like to tinker or otherwise fix things. Most items have been sitting for years, though with a little love they could be back in operation.
Vehicles include a Blue Bird school bus, a Mitsubishi Mighty Max truck, Ford Windstar van, Chevy Lumina van and a classic Chevy Bonaventure van with a custom bus conversion. We also have two Chevy truck frames with mounted utility bodies, an unfinished cargo trailer, a Big Country 4×2 Cub Cadet utility vehicle, and a lot containing several golf carts for parts/repair.
Metal and auto shop equipment includes an ENCO vertical milling machine, a JET geared head engine lathe, a vintage Peterson surface grinder, and a Western Hoist 9000lb. vehicle lift.
Utility equipment needing work include a Case skid steer, a Genie personnel lift, a lot containing two scissor lifts, a Ford tractor, and several implements including a flail mower, aerator, auger, and pendulum spreader.
Vehicles include Chevy cargo vans and utility body trucks along with Ford and Dodge pickups. School buses are 84 passenger Blue Birds.
Other items include several weightlifting machines and benches, pallet jacks, 4-well food warmer and chiller mobile carts, along with a lathe, planer and drill press that need a little work.
All items in this auction either roll on tires or help tires roll. Trucks, vans, trailers, golf carts, a sedan and an air compressor all with a wide range of functionality, from good runners to parts-only fixer-uppers.
Trucks include Ford, Dodge and GMC standard pickups, along with Chevy 2500HD’s with Royal or Scelzi utility bodies. Minivans include Astro, Safari, Venture and Aerostar. Full size vans include Ford 3/4 and 1-ton extended passenger vans with seats removed and converted to cargo use.

The GMC reefer box truck with Isuzu diesel had low miles and was running great when it was hit earlier this year. It now has some undercarriage damage but could either be fixed as salvage or parted out.
Finally, the EVI Freightliner MV2 fully electric reefer box truck is back on the market. The creative buyer will see potential in the various opportunities available here. New batteries would bring this super low mileage truck back to life. Converting that Freightliner to a standard diesel engine is another option. Parting it out would provide a nice plug-n-play cold box, liftgate, aluminum wheels, and beyond! What could you do with it?
Wood and metal shop tools abound! This round we have several floor drill presses, a couple lathes and table saws, a jointer and a shaper, a band saw and sander, a pedestal grinder/buffer, some table-mounted miter tools, a couple metal brakes, a horizontal boring machine and a vintage scroll saw.
Food service and commercial kitchen items include three butcher block prep tables and a stainless steel prep table, a Traulsen reach-in fridge, a CresCor proofer, a Hobart buffalo chopper on a Vollrath cart, three Continental milk coolers, a Hobart roll-in food storage fridge, a Blodgett gas double oven, a few dozen aluminum sheet pans, an AmeriPak filled food tray sealer along with a lot containing several boxes of miscellaneous catering supplies.
Audio enthusiasts might like the large lot of PA sound equipment of various brands. Other random items include two electric pottery kilns, a couple hospital beds, and a Pioneer Solutions Touchscreen POS.
Handy folks might like the deals on these items in need of repair, including several industrial battery chargers (mostly for forklifts, etc.) or perhaps the lot of six Echo backpack blowers and a string trimmer.
Vehicles include a Freightliner medium-duty with a Jaynes flatbed body, three Ford pickup trucks, a Workhorse step van, and a gasoline ClubCar Carryall with dump bed. At a separate location there’s a 30′ box/moving truck that’s been sitting for a few years. It’s a GMC (formerly a U-Haul) with built-in ramp and roll-up door that was converted to a band truck. Inspection and pick-up for this truck will be scheduled separately by appointment.
Once again, we have another auction round consisting solely of surplus vehicles and trailers. Most all of these have been sitting and need a bit of love, however this is where you’ll find some “mechanic’s special” deals!
Highlighting this round are two large trailers. The first is a 26ft. Jacobsen gooseneck tilt flatbed, while the other is a 20′ Longhorn flat trailer with dovetail and flip-down ramps.
These vehicles started with a jump during inventory: two Dodge Caravans, two Chevy trucks, two Ford utility vans and one passenger van, and a Ford box truck with liftgate.
We also have these available needing a bit more work: two classic Chevy square-body trucks, two Chevy service body trucks, two Grumman Olson step vans, a Ford flatbed diesel, a Ford Aerostar and two Chevy Astro minivans, two Ford cargo vans, a Chevy 1-ton crew cab long bed plus a few other Chevy and Ford pickups, and a 1974 Ford dump truck.
